The Skowhegan Regional Chamber of Commerce is committed to building a stronger community. We are focused on giving our members the resources needed for collaboration, so that together we can make a greater impact on our region.

There are a variety of ways to get involved and ensure that your business is highlighted throughout the community. Whether you sponsor, partner, host or participate in any of our annual events, you will receive a high level of recognition while supporting the community and building relationships.

Annual Events

Legislative Breakfast

Join the Skowhegan Regional Chamber of Commerce for our annual legislative breakfast.  This is an opportunity for our business members to meet their local senators and representatives, ask questions, and learn more about current legislation.

Date: October, 2025

Sponsorship Opportunities:

MAJOR SPONSOR – $1,000 (LIMIT 1)

  • 6 breakfast tickets (additional tickets may be purchased).
  • Named as major sponsor on all promotional materials (website, social media, newsletters, emails).

Chamber Golf Tournament

Join the Skowhegan Regional Chamber of Commerce for our annual golf tournament!  This tournament sells out every year and is run in partnership with the Rotary Lobster Bake. 

Date: TBD, 2025 @ 9AM (shotgun start)

Location: Lakewood Golf Course – Madison, ME

LEAD SPONSOR – $2,000- This is no longer automatically awarded to the RiverFest sponsor as that event is now changing to a series of River Days. This is a stand alone sponsorship.  (FILLED- Thank you Skowhegan Savings Bank)

PUTTING CONTEST SPONSOR – $400 + a gift card or prize of $100 (LIMIT 1)

MORNING RECEPTION SPONSOR – Donation of coffee and breakfast items of choice.  (LIMIT 1)

HOLE SPONSOR – $125 (UNLIMITED)

  • Yard sign with your company logo at the tee box of one hole on the course. This is not exclusive.

WATER SPONSOR – IN-KIND DONATION OF BOTTLED WATER (LIMIT 1)

  • Thanked in social media announcement
  • Company logo on coolers containing water

TEAM REGISTRATION FEE – $500 (4 PERSONS)

Please register 2 months prior to the event  to ensure you get the most out of your sponsorship opportunity and allow us enough time for any printed materials necessary.

Trunk or Treat

Give back to the local community by participating in our annual Trunk or Treat event, hosted at the Skowhegan Recreation Center.

Annual Awards (see date changes)

Skowhegan Regional Chamber of Commerce Annual Awards brings together business leaders and distinguished guests for a fun, celebratory night.  Hosted at T&B’s Celebration Center, the Annual Awards are nominated by the membership and voted on by the Board of Directors, recognizing deserving businesses and individuals from the Skowhegan Region.

Date: This event is being moved to Spring 2026.  Will occur annually thereafter.

Festival of Trees

Our largest and most anticipated event of the year, attended by thousands of community members!  High social media visibility and engagement.

Date: December 4-7, 2025

SANTA’S WORKSHOP SPONSOR – $1,500 (FILLED-Thank You-BANGOR SAVINGS BANK)   

  • Logo incorporated into a highly visible, decorative display at the event. Perfect photo opportunity!

NEWSLETTER PROMO – $550/YEAR -OR- $50/MONTH

  • Opportunity to get your message out to the Skowhegan Regional Chamber of Commerce newsletter audience in a full page promotion. Can be changed on a monthly basis if desired.

NEWSLETTER SPONSORSHIP – $250/YEAR

  • Logo included in the footer of the Skowhegan Regional Chamber of Commerce ‘Regional Roundup’ newsletter.

RIBBON CUTTING SPONSOR – $500/YEAR  *variable # per year, no guarantee*

  • Logo included in (2) email announcements and (2) social media posts per ribbon cutting.
  • Mentioned in the Skowhegan Regional Chamber of Commerce ‘Regional Roundup’ newsletter of upcoming ribbon cuttings.
  • Opportunity to present at each ribbon cutting event (included in celebratory photo).

EASTER EGG HUNT BASKETS – April 19th, 2025. Partnering with the Rec. Center to provide a filled Easter Basket to be won when a child finds a golden egg. All baskets due to the Rec center by April 16th, 2025.

NURSES APPRECIATION WEEK RAFFLE – Partnering with Redington-Fairview General Hospital to provide baskets filled with gifts/gift cards to be raffled off during Nurses Appreciation week.  The Chamber will create the basket on your behalf if desired. Due May 2, 2025.
