The Somerset Career & Technical Center (SCTC), is a dynamic educational institution dedicated to providing students with practical skills and knowledge for successful careers. They offer 16 programs ranging from automotive, healthcare, pre-engineering, and electrical. SCTC strives to foster a supportive learning environment that prepares students both academically and professionally, ensuring they are well-prepared for their chosen career paths. SCTC established itself as an intermediary sponsor for apprenticeships and engages with local businesses and industries to identify apprenticeship opportunities. By fostering partnerships with employers, SCTC became a bridge connecting students with businesses, strengthening the professional community.
